I accept a 2016 ram 1500 with a 6 speed tranny, 3.55 gears 5.7 hemi rated to tow 8700 lbs -with tow haul . Just bought a camper with loaded weight aprox 8,000 lbs. Does it have a transmission cooler? Woll it help to go to ten ply tires? Information technology will toll $4k to switch to 3.92 gears to go 10k lbs towing. What less expensive options volition assist tow this thru White mountains in New Hampshire

Read up almost the eight speed transmission. Yes it will push upwards of 200° and from reading near temps from many people who posted about towing heavy, don't exist concerned about the temp unless it exceeds the coolant temp.

I just bought a new laramie and I did not see a setting to display tranny temp on the brandish. in that location is one right?

I have a basic model and it has it so im certain you practice as well. Only scroll through your settings on your steering wheel
